Refund & Return Policy
At Cardify, we take pride in the manual design and high-quality craftsmanship of our custom cards. Because each item is a unique piece created specifically for you, our return policy differs from standard retail stores.
1. Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products (custom photos, names, attacks, and descriptions), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or customer errors (such as spelling mistakes or low-resolution image uploads).
Please review your design carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, it enters our design and production queue immediately and cannot be cancelled or modified.
2. Damages and Issues
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Provide clear photos and/or videos of the damaged product and the packaging.
Our Resolution Policy: If the error was on our part (manufacturing defect or shipping damage), we will send you a replacement card free of charge. We do not require you to ship the damaged item back to us, saving you time and shipping costs.
3. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with European Union law, the "right of withdrawal" (the 14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. As every Cardify card is custom-made to your unique specifications, orders are exempt from this withdrawal right once production has begun.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Cardify is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, if your tracking information hasn't updated for more than 20 business days, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and find a solution for you.
